The children are divided into 2 groups: 2-3 & 3-5 years for the purpose of observation &implementation of our educational programs. Our comprehensive programs are structured & planned according to the Australian Government’s approved framework – The Early Years Learning Framework . Each child will be provided with an active learning environment & plenty of educational opportunities aimed at achieving a high-level, balanced overall development of the whole child. Staff will support & reinforce an environment where everyone is treated equally. Multi-cultural perspective is highly valued in this pre-school. A bilingual educational program (Chinese class) & a dancing class are running in this centre.
Creative Learning has qualified & experienced staff in the education & care of young children. We have postgraduate-level & university-level early childhood teachers, & Diploma-level educators. Most staff have between 4 to 10 years’ experience in child care.
My name is Liz and I am honored to be taking on the role of director at Creative Learning Preschool and Childcare Centre.
For the past 5 years I have been working as a room leader in a preschool room at a large childcare centre based on the Northern Beaches, whilst completing my Bachelor of Education (birth- 12 years) at Macquarie University. Prior to this, I spent 3 years working as an Educational Programs Coordinator children’s charity, Camp Quality.
I am an extremely passionate and enthusiastic educator and leader, dedicated to providing the children within my care with high quality educational and care programs. It is also my view that children learn best when they are in an environment where they feel safe, secure and included, where play is valued and recognised as genuine way of constructing meaning.
