Prior to Creative Learning Childcare enrolment, we highly recommend that you arrange with the director to come in for a tour. During your time throughout the tour, we welcome you to ask any questions that you might have to help you decide if we are the right service for your child and family.

We will require some written documentation to be completed prior to your child’s first day at the centre. Children enrolled in an early childhood education and care service after the 1^st of January, 2018 are required to provide their centre with the following immunisation documentation to be eligible to enrol:

• an AIR Immunisatiuon History Statementwhich shows that the child is up to date with their scheduled vaccinations or
• an AIR Immunisation History Formon which the immunisation provider has certified that the child is on a recognised catch-up schedule (temporary for 6 months only) or
• an AIR Immunisation Medical Exemption Formwhich has been certified by a GP.

To confirm your place at our service, you will be required to pay a fully refundable (*security deposit is refundable after child/ren enrolled has attended the service for a minimum of 5 weeks)  security deposit of $200. You will receive written confirmation of your child’s placement with us after this has been received.

Once you have received written confirmation, we invite you to bring your child in for an orientation at our centre. During your child’s orientation, we encourage you to spend time with the educators and to ask any questions that you may have. Orientation provides your child with an opportunity to become familiar with their new learning environment, new educators and their new peers.
